Pump switch repair

Excellent service and right on time shipping. Part was exact replacement. My only request would be is to include the insulating shield that goes in the back behind the switch. My was was damaged from weather and age and I had to use tape to make sure it didn’t create a shortage over time. Other than that, this is a great company to do business with.

you need to include the short pigtail wires for the switch to the motor saves installer having to travel in my case 15 miles to get supplies to make the pigtails. I looked at several switches, I thought that I was getting the pigtail wires included. That is what the woman from gpi told me.

On Tuesday of last week, I called and spoke to one of your sales reps about ordering a circuit breaker power switch for a m 150 series fuel transfer pump. We were on the phone over 20 minutes. He gave me the part number for it. We also spoke about the gasket and O-ring that goes behind the cover plates. He explained that I could get the O-ring at a local part dealer and the gasket could be made out of gasket material. I tried to order the switch thru him, but he told me I could order it while I was on the phone with him, but it would have to be ordered on your web site. He stayed on the phone with me while I ordered the switch, however, when my switch was supposed to come in, it was actually a cover plate that arrived today. You can look up the order number: SHP0002307 and customer number.110500-07. I do not need a cover plate. I need the switch ASAP. So, I just ordered the switch with the correct part number. How do I get this plate back to you? What is it going to cost me to get it back to you.? Thanks
