For returns of items purchased from our website, please contact us at shop@gplains.com

We accept the return of unused products for 60 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements. Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted for any returned products. Once the returned product is received and evaluated, the return refund will be applied to the original order payment method.
