I found the people at GPI were very helpful in resolving a shipping problem that occured with Fedex. When they heard of my problem, they shipped a second one. That one is due to arrive the day after the original. The original took 9 days vs 4 days. Great company and great customer support

Customer service is beyond amazing!!! I ordered replacement switches for my GPI pumps and 2 of the 3 switches were missing a screw. I contacted GPI and they literally got right on top of the situation and are literally sending me a new switch to take the parts off of to complete the two other switches. I even offered to send the switch back once I took necessary parts off and the response was "Oh no, that is not necessary, we apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for your patience!". Best customer service that I have ever dealt with literally!! The individual that I dealt with name is Stephanie Lane. She is amazing!!! GPI keep up the good work!!!
