Great tech support for GPI

I had bought and open box GPI Diesel electric pump unit from a local farm store, not realizing several important things like a direct pump mount verses a spin on pump mount and how important on choosing the right one for my application would later affect taking off the unit to change drums, Would cause such a headache.
I had the direct mount unit it, gets worse when you mount an external fuel filter, which you really should have in the first place. It is difficult to remove and install the pump on a full drum of fuel. Without cross thread everything!

So I contacted tech support at GPI , Randy had a solution to convert my pump to a spin collar design. Now I am much happier!

Please note just spend the extra money up front and buy the GPI pump with a spin collar and drum bung adapter you will be much happier and way ahead of the curve.

Hi Bryan,

Glad you received good tech support and Randy's input got you up and running! We do have a great Product Support team it is nice for them to be recognized. Thanks for the feedback and testimonial on the spin collar; customer feedback is important to us and I am sure helpful to other customers as well. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review!

Have a great day!
